Sadler's Wells East - a cross-departmental approach was adopted to support the South Asian audience development ambitions of Sadler's Wells East, which opened in February 2025. This included staff auditing; producing a South Asian Audience Development Plan; outreach campaign; e-marketing and social media campaigns; advising on South Asian press and media & audience development as well as setting up a South Asian Ambassadors Scheme.
Coventry Artspace - produced an Audience Development Strategy. Recommendations included the formation of an Ambassadors Scheme, diversification of studio holders, programming, governance and implementation of audience research, training and mentoring.
